Order Processing/Handling

- Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Transit/Delivery Times
- Transit times: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order is shipped.
- Custom Orders: May take 60-90 days due to production and delivery schedules.
Total Delivery Time
- Total delivery time (All destinations): 4-12 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and subject to external factors, including weather, carrier delays, and holidays.
Shipping Costs and Order Value Conditions
- Currency: All prices are listed in USD.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $299 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $299 are charged a flat shipping fee of $39.00.
Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
- Coverage Area: We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states).
- Exclusions: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Armed Forces locations, or PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, mark the delivery receipt as "DAMAGED," take photos, and report it to support@nitrocareusa.com within 5 business days.
- Lost Packages: Report any lost packages within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation and resolution.
